1. Who we are
XeOS is an iPhone, iPhone Duo and iPad app made by an independent developer. These terms cover the app and this website, desktopmodeiphone.com.
2. The app licence
XeOS is distributed through Apple's App Store and is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms and Apple's agreement differ, Apple's agreement applies to the app.
3. Purchases, trials and refunds
Subscriptions, lifetime purchases and free trials are sold and billed by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Using XeOS
XeOS gives your iPhone a desktop on an external display, with a browser that opens the websites you choose. You are responsible for how you use those websites and for following their own terms. Please don't use the app to break the law or to harm others.
5. What iOS allows
XeOS works within the rules Apple sets for iOS. Some things depend on iOS, on your display or adapter, or on the websites you visit, and can change with their updates. We work hard to keep everything working and fix issues quickly, but we can't promise that every website, display or accessory will always work.
6. Your data
XeOS doesn't collect personal data. Your files, settings, passwords and SSH keys stay on your device. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
7. This website
The text, screenshots and articles on this website are ours. You're welcome to link to and quote them with a link back. Product names such as iPhone, Samsung DeX, YouTube and Netflix belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
8. Liability
The app and this website are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
9. Changes
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date.
